Job Description: Serve as project architect/manager for public and private sector architectural projects of various types, sizes and complexity levels, primarily from design development through construction administration phases.
Develop detailed project delivery plans, including budgets and schedules, and be responsible for their implementation and technical correctness of work products.
Work collaboratively with project principal, other staff members and consultants.
Participate in developing fee proposals.
Qualifications: 15 years architectural experience US licensed Architect, Hawaii license preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) LEED accreditation preferred Skills: Client and design team management capabilities Ability to integrate all project phases (design, construction documentation, construction systems and materials, building codes and regulations, construction administration, etc.)—focused on commercial building types Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills
